PUPPY PROGRAM – Our puppy program includes 3 appointments, each spaced 4 weeks apart, offered at a DISCOUNTED rate. Please note that if you cancel any appointment, regardless of notice given, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged. Since this program is offered at a discounted rate, all 3 appointments are required.

BEHAVIOR – We no longer accept aggressive dogs. Aggressive behavior endangers both the dog and the groomer. If you book an appointment without informing us of your dog’s aggression, and we observe aggressive behavior during the grooming, we will immediately stop the service and ask you to pick up your dog.

XL DOGS – We regret to inform you that we no longer accept XL dogs. These dogs can be very demanding on our bodies, and prioritizing our health is essential. We appreciate your understanding.

CATS – While we do not provide full services for cats, we do offer nail trimming.

HEALTH – If you or your pet are showing any signs of illness, please reschedule your appointment. We want to protect other dogs, our staff, and fellow clients from getting sick. Your health and well-being are very important to us.

MATTING & INJURY – Matted fur causes significant discomfort and pain for dogs. We do not attempt to de-mat dogs, as our priority is the well-being and safety of your pet, not causing distress. Matted coats increase the risk of skin infections, irritation, hematomas, and other health issues. Most dogs settle once their owner has left, and for safety, insurance, and other important reasons, we do not permit owners to stay during grooming. Dogs that are uncooperative or heavily matted are at greater risk of nicks or cuts, which we strive to avoid.

CANCELLATIONS – Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations (this does not apply to cancellations due to bad weather). If we are not notified within this timeframe, 50% of the booked service cost will be charged. We offer a 15-minute grace period for drop-offs. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation and a 50% charge of the booked services. We follow the NPSSTS guidelines for cancellations. If school buses are cancelled, we will likely reach out to reschedule your appointment.

LATE PICKUP – You will receive a text notification 15 minutes before your pet’s grooming is complete. Please ensure your pet is picked up within 30 minutes of this notification. Late pickups will incur a charge of $1 per minute. If you anticipate being late, please notify us in advance, and we may be able to accommodate you without additional fees.

PAYMENT – Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, e-transfer, debit, and credit cards. All services are subject to applicable taxes.

PRICES – Due to rising living costs affecting everyone, our service prices may also increase. Please note that prices are subject to change at any time.

CAGES – We are a 100% cage-free salon. Since most of our services are one-on-one, cages are not needed.

TOUCH-UPS – We truly value our clients and want every pet owner to be completely satisfied. If you’re unhappy with your dog’s grooming, please let us know and we will gladly make adjustments right away. You may also return within 48 hours for any additional complimentary touch-ups if needed.

FLEAS – If fleas are detected on your dog, we will provide a flea bath to help prevent further spread. An additional fee will apply, ranging from $10 to $25.
